Oxide Single Crystals （LT/Lithium Tantalate）

Oxide Single Crystal (LT/Lithium Tantalate) is produced by the Czochralski (Cz) method which is almost the same as the Silicon crystal production method. Shin-Etsu produces this LT from crystal growth to wafer processing, and the LT wafer is also processed in the same way as the Silicone wafer. This Oxide Single Crystal (Lithium Tantalate) has the characteristics of piezoelectricity and 4inch and 6inch are available for both LT crystal and wafer.
