(Head Office: Beijing, China, Chairman and CEO: Jin Baofang), have concluded an agreement regarding approval for the utilization by JA Solar of the patent Shin-Etsu Chemical holds on the manufacturing of Ga (gallium)-doped crystalline silicon, wafers and cells.
